Thank you for your interest in enrollment at First Presbyterian Preschool.  Click on the link below to access our enrollment packet. 

Registration for current, former and church familes starts Tuesday, January 22, 2013 at 6:00 p.m. in the gym.  Registration for the general public starts Monday, January 28, 2013 at 9:00 a.m. in the preschool business office.  All forms in this packet must be completed and submitted with the registration fee in order to register your child. Registration Packet includes: Application for Enrollment, Pupil Information Sheet, Parent Emergency Plan, Form 49969, State Parent Notice #49444,  Emergency Cards, Health Form, State Child Care Health Record, and Field Trip Release.
